In unserer voll ausgestatteten Küche kannst du dein Konzept für einen bestimmten Zeitraum ausprobieren und direktes Feedback von Gästen erhalten.
Du kannst die Experimentierküche anmieten und dich kreativ austoben: Teige kneten, Burger entwickeln, Menüs entwerfen, Drinks kreieren – oder etwas völlig Neues ausprobieren. Perfekt für alle, die herausfinden möchten, was gut ankommt, welches Konzept Potenzial für ein eigenes Lokal hat oder was noch verfeinert werden darf.
Die Experimentierküche ist offen für Hobbyköche, Profis, Food-Start-ups, Pop-up-Konzepte und Kulinarik-Projekte jeder Art. Auch Azubis können die Küche nutzen – zum Beispiel, um im Rahmen eines Projekts für einige Wochen ihr eigenes kleines Restaurant zu führen und wertvolle Praxiserfahrung zu sammeln.

While affordable spaces for gastronomic projects are hard to find in major cities, the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz still offers room for new ideas – and the opportunity to test them easily and without bureaucracy. In our fully equipped kitchen, you can try out your concept for a set period of time and receive direct feedback from your guests.
You can rent the Experimentierküche and unleash your creativity: knead dough, develop burgers, design menus, create drinks – or experiment with something completely new. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to discover what resonates with guests, which concept has the potential for a permanent venue, or what might still need refinement.
The Experimentierküche is open to hobby cooks, professionals, food start-ups, pop-up concepts, and culinary projects of all kinds. Trainees are also welcome to use the kitchen – for example, to run their own small restaurant for several weeks as part of a training project and gain valuable hands-on experience.
In addition, the Experimentierküche can now be rented by companies and private individuals – for team events, corporate celebrations, birthday parties, or private cooking evenings in a unique atmosphere.
